His greatest excitement comes from helping others find the courage and commitment to do what it takes to live out their dreams.
According to Jim Phillips, "There is no doubt that tomorrow will come, and there is no dispute that things happen. But how you are prepared to meet tomorrow will make all the difference in the world. If you are prepared for the worst, then no matter what happens it will be an adventure!" He regularly reminds everyone that, “Our lives were created to be a grand adventure of experience, growth and long-term development, to become far more than we were in the beginning.”
